Latest Covid Information

From the 26th September  we will offer a Covid Autumn booster campaign, alongside flu vaccinations for all eligible patients.

If entitled, you will be contacted by the Surgery by text or phone call so we can make the appointment on your behalf. 

If you require a booster vaccination, please contact 119 or use the following link Coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccination - NHS (www.nhs.uk)  If you are a Housebound patient you will be contacted by the ICB who will organise someone to come to your home and administer the vaccine, should you wish to have it.

The Lincolnshire Post-COVID Rehabilitation Service This service brings together existing rehabilitation services from the Lincolnshire Health and Care System. If you are struggling with symptoms of COVID-19 for longer than 4 weeks, speak with your GP for a referral or contact lhnt.lincspostcovidrehab@nhs.net

How to get your covid vaccination in Lincolnshire:

  • Some people will be contacted by their GP practice and invited to make an appointment - if this happens please make an appointment as soon as possible by visiting the National Booking System or calling 119.
  • If you are not contacted by your GP practice but you are eligible to have an autumn booster, you can make an appointment by visiting the National Booking System or calling 119.

  • A pharmacy offering the service – if you’re aged 18 or over
  • Some maternity services if you are pregnant
