Female
Qualified in 1993 from the University of London, Dr Culpitt spent her earlier career in Internal (hospital) Medicine including specialism and clinical research in respiratory medicine (London). She is a member of the Royal College of Physicians. Dr Culpitt combined medicine with her love of mountaineering and remote area medicine before moving to Lincoln to settle into General Practice where she attained Membership of The Royal College of General Practitioners. She continues to fulfil this role within Richmond Medical Centre, enjoying the diversity or General Medicine serving all of our population.

DR ANDREA CARPENTER

Qualified in 2017 from the University of Birmingham and went on to complete foundation doctor and GP training in Birmingham. Attained membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners in August 2022, before moving to Lincoln in April 2023 and settling into a salaried GP role at Richmond Medical centre.
Trainee GP's
A GP Trainee is a qualified Doctor who will become a GP through a period of training in hospital and in General Practice. They work closely alongside the GPs, principally seeing patients with acute conditions. They can prescribe and make referrals to other healthcare services as required.
Senior Mental Health Practitioner
Nurse Practitioners
They work closely alongside the GPs, principally seeing patients with acute conditions. They can prescribe and make referrals to other healthcare services as required.
First Contact Physiotherapist
Our First Contact Physiotherapist assesses and manages patients with muscoskeletal problems providing them with home exercises and self-management guidance as appropriate. Patients who need regular physiotherapy will follow the usual referral pathway.
Clinical Pharmacist
Clinical Pharmacists provide direct patient care that optimises the use of medication and promotes health, wellness, and disease prevention. They clinically assess and treat patients using their expert knowledge of medicines for specific disease areas.
Clinical Pharmacists work as part of the general practice team to improve value and outcomes from medicines and consult with and treat patients directly. This includes providing extra help to manage long-term conditions, advice for those on multiple medicines and better access to health checks. The role is pivotal to improving the quality of care and ensuring patient safety.
Pharmacy Technician
A pharmacy technician works closely with our pharmacist to ensure the health and safety of our patients.

Frailty Assistant Practicioner
Nurses
Practice Nurses are qualified and registered Nurses. They are involved in most aspects of patient care and can help with health issues such as family planning, health screening and helping patients to manage long-term health conditions such as asthma or diabetes. They also carry out cervical smears and provide travel health advice and vaccinations.
Healthcare Assistants (HCAs)
HCAs support and compliment the Registered Nurses within the Practice. The HCAs can perform basic wound care, staple and suture removal, phlebotomy, NHS checks, annual health checks, and they also administer Flu, Pneumonia, Shingles, and B12 injections.
The HCAs may act as Chaperones should a patient or doctor request one.
Phlebotomists
Phlebotomists collect blood samples from patients to help diagnose illness. The samples are examined in a laboratory and the results can be used to diagnose diseases and conditions.
Practice Management
The management team ensures the smooth running of the Practice, liaising with members of staff, listening to your suggestions and generally overseeing the day-to-day running of the Practice. The Practice Managers are involved in managing all of the business aspects of the Practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care.

Administration
Our administration team diligently manages all incoming correspondence, ensuring that patient documentation is accurately and promptly attached to medical records while recording pertinent data. Additionally, they handle paper and digital medical records including the summarisation of medical records.
Our admin team consists of Naomi, Lucy, Caroline, Sandra, Gina, Sweta, Claire and Charlotte.
Secretaries
This team deals with all hospital referrals and queries, they also action the requests for insurance reports and medical records, private works (To Whom It May Concern letters, Fire arms etc)
Our secretarial team consists of Karen, Sandra, Wendy, Zara, and Mollie.
Reception/Accrux
Our receptionists provide an important link for patients within the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. Our receptionists make most of the patient appointments with clinicians and nurses. They are the bridge between patients and clinicians, as they are trained to triage patients and book appropriate appointments with the correct clinician.
On top of their phone and face to face contact they also perform other important tasks such as issuing repeat prescriptions, dealing with prescription enquiries and registration forms.
The team consists of Lauren, Eryn, Abbie, Anna, Amanda, Donna, Deborah, Jenna, Joanne, Julie, Megan, Theresa, Terri, Rena and Caitlin.
